  1. From Rte 417, take Narcoossee Road South for about 6 miles to Thompkins Drive
    (across from the Circle K convenience store)
  2. Take a right (headed West) on Thompkins Drive and go 1/4 mile
  3.  Turn left into the Serenity Reserve Entrance

A Perfect Location

Serenity Reserve is ideally situated in south Orlando on a quiet road with minimal traffic but offers easy access to main streets like Narcoossee Road and major highways including SR 417, Osceola Parkway, U.S. 192 and I-4.

A Publix grocery store, Walgreen’s and CVS stores are within 2 miles of the community, as are many other quality retailers and service providers.

About three miles from Serenity Reserve is Lake Nona Medical City, the 650-acre development that’s home to some of the nation’s top hospitals, universities, research institutions, health science companies and physician practices. Medical City will be adding additional hospitals and medical centers of the coming years.  Also, additional existing major, full-service hospitals are within 30 minutes and of course, emergency services are minutes away.

Also close by is everything that makes Orlando a world-class destination from Disney World and Universal Studios theme parks to championship golf courses and the newly proposed USTA National Tennis Center and complex.  You’ll also find a plethora of shopping, dining and entertainment venues nearby.
